The club programmes

Club membership is so much more than just getting coaching or sitting around in a large group call listening to a ‘so-called’ expert waffling on. Our Club Programmes are professionally designed training programmes designed to be time effective and give you the regular accountability to get implement what you are learning. After all, your institute and professional qualifications don’t teach you how to run a business and lead people. 

Come on one of our programmes – or send a team member – and you’ll have a topic per week to study before coming together to discuss how this works in real life. 

Our programme facilitators create a safe online environment for you to share your highs and lows, but also get input from other accountants on how they would approach your challenges.

Our Club Programmes (Grow and Boost) are a benefit of membership, and similar programmes typically cost between £1000 and £10,000.

The New business accelerator

This programme will help you get regular and sustainable new business: quickly. If you are like most delegates who go on this programme you will generate between £10k to £50k while on the programme. But many delegates have won over £100k as a direct result of the programme. 

This is a 15-week programme aimed at accounting
professionals who:

  • Want a regular source of good quality new business
  • Realise that they need to either invest time or effort or money to generate new business
  • Want the reassurance that their marketing is working (and what they can ignore)
  • Want to find a way of generating new business which works for them

The certified growth advisor

Have you now done the basics and ready to take a large step forward in the growth of your practice? Then this programme is for you. It’s our flagship programme for members of the group who have typically been in the club for more than a year and are keen and ambitious to scale up. Graduates of this programme have gone onto many things, for example: set up advisory revenue streams worth over £150k per year, acquired multiple practices in a 2 year period to get to over £1m+ revenue and exited their business for over £1m.  

This is a 6-month programme aimed at accounting professionals who:

  • Want to get the resilience in their business so they can take a month’s sabbatical and their business would grow without them
  • Are keen to learn how to use coaching to get their staff and clients to take action and use their own initiative
  • Want to move the culture of their firm so it is not dominated by their personality and works whether they are in the office or not (or on holiday)
  • Need to shift their leadership mindset so they are equipped to successful grow a firm with more than 4 people
  • Want to create (and deliver) their framework/system/process of how they do advisory (by white labelling our stuff and tweaking it)
  • Want to reduce their personal chargeable time in the business to get to the next level of growth
  • Want a sounding board of likeminded accountancy firm owners who are looking to grow from £250k to £1m+ (or more!)
  • Have a turnover of £250k+

The confident people leader

Suddenly you are responsible for managing and leading people… but who taught you to do this? Or did you swear you wouldn’t be as bad as the managers you had in the past? This programme will help you attract, retain and develop A* team players in your firm.

This is a 15-week programme aimed at accounting professionals who:

  • Need help to confidently manage their team so that work is completed correctly
  • Need help to establish a strong team and culture
  • Want help to set up good people practices and processes
  • Want to feel more confident about having difficult conversations
  • Get more confidence in their hiring decisions

Charge what you are worth

Pricing is a topic that most of our members ask for help with. After all, those legacy or low prices that you set are probably making it much harder to grow and scale your firm. This programme will help you get your head in the right place to have the conversations and set your prices at the right level. The first cohort of 5 members who went this programme added on between them £250k of annual recurring fees.

The team member academy

Are you held back by the lack of experience in your team? Such as needing them to be able to lead client relationships.
